RESERVATION
This service is active 24/7, all year round.
Make sure you contact us in time to reserve a driver to easily reach your hotel or other destination.
If your plane is cancelled, you have a late departure or if you are not able to locate the chauffeur, please call our 24-hour customer service number located below immediately. One of our agents will be able to locate your chauffeurs right away.
SURCHARGES
There is a 20% surcharge if the journey occurs between 22:00 and 07:00.
AIRPORT TRANSFER RATES
The airport transfer rates are based on pickup and drop-off without any delay or waiting time for flights.
Your reserved vehicle is dispatched according to the flight estimated arrival time provided by the airline automated system.
The rate includes 1 hour airport grace waiting period.
Extra waiting time cost is euro 40 per hour.
The drivers organization is not responsible for delays caused by: delay or loss of luggage, wrong gate/terminal information or any unforeseen circumstance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no penalty for cancellations of private excursion, transfers or group tours if communicated in writing at least 8 days prior to the booked excursion date.
Cancellations of the booking happening less than 8 days prior to the excursion will result in the payment of the entire amount and no reimbursement will be granted.
