FIRST STOP - SAN GIMIGNANO
Famous for its many towers and its astonishing medieval architeture, San Gimignano is a must visit when in Tuscany. Did you know that this city has also been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990? Let your breath be taken away, step back in time, and truly experience this one of a kind city. Don't forget to eat an ice-cream when visiting San Gimignano, this city is known to have some of the best ice cream in Italy.
SECOND STOP - SIENA
Next we will bring you to Siena, located in the heart of Tuscany. This city is one of Italy's best preserved medieval cities. Back in time, during the Middle Ages, Siena was one of the wealthiest cities of Italy. It lost its status after it got defeated by Florence, but it always maintained its iconic medieval buildings. Walking through this city you'll see gothic architecture all around you. Your private driver will make sure to give you interesting information and some tips and tricks to best spend your time in Siena.
THIRD STOP - THE WINERY
After having walked in San Gimignano and Siena it is time to relax while enjoying different wines, typical side dishes, and home-made pasta with a sauce of choice. At the same time you'll learn about the rich history of the Chianti region and Chianti wines, you will get a private tour around the estate, its vineyards, and the wine-cellars.
FOURTH STOP - GREVE IN CHIANTI
Have you really experienced the Chianti region without having visited Greve? We will have a quick stop at this small, authentic, and vibrant town. Full of art, history, and far away from the main tourist stops, there is no better way to end the day then by visiting Greve in Chianti. Make sure to visit "Piazza Matteotti" before we depart for Florence.
