A luxury car will be very intimate

The street of Florence will be the scenery of this trip. From the meeting point of choice we will drive to the magnificent Ponte alla Carraia, which links the two souls of Florence: the romantic and historical centre to the bohemian and funky Oltrarno. We will do a quick stop to take a picture of the famous church of San Frediano in Cestello. Then we proceed to the Porta Romana square. A rare chance to see at the center of a roundabout a large marble statue by the contemporary artist Michelangelo Pistoletto, called Dietrofront. It depicts a woman who goes to the south, while the head rests on a long and extremely heavy burden that indicates the opposite direction, toward the interior of the city.

From the Saint Miniato hill you will enjoy perhaps an even better view of Florence. In this ancient church and monastery live the monks make famous liqueurs, honey and tisanes, which they sell in a shop next to the church. At 6:30 pm they start singing their gregorian chants in an enchanting atmosphere.
