Highlights

FIRST - TINO CAFFE

First of all please reach the TINO Caffe which is located in the center of the city of Florence, close to the train station. The address is Via della Scala 55. There you will meet our sommelier/guide who will give you a first briefing on how the tour will proceed.

SECOND - OIL AND SNACKS

We start our tasting by introducing the TINO Olive Oil and the sommelier will guide you through the process of the oil harvesting explaining all the reasons for such a specific texture of its flavour. In the meantime you will be able to accompany it with our platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

THIRD - TWO WINES

The first two wines will be served for the tasting and you will be shown how the process of harvesting and aging and refinig is handled so that the wine becomes so good and known all over the world.

FOURTH - MEAL AND WINE

Now it's time for our special TINO Carbonara Chianti which is even more rich in flavour with a splash of wine. And together with it two more wines, a bit more structured to better compliment the pasta. Obviously we have a couple of alternatives for vegans such as warm soups or other types of pasta.

FIFTH - VIN SANTO

The vin Santo is a typical sweet wine which requires a longer aging and much more care and it is therefore a very precious type of liquor. It's sweet and it is perfect at the end of such a meal. Your guide will illustrate how it is made and you will be able to taste it together with the typical Cantucci biscuits.
