Cinque Terre and Pisa tower – Small group tour

A full day trip to the Cinque Terre and the Pisa Tower, with stops at Riomaggiore, Monterosso, Vernazza. Come with us on this tour through picturesque coastlines and outstanding sights.

On this tour we will go looking for some true remote authenticity in a small group setting. Only few roads lead to Cinque Terre, making it hard for mass tourism to visit the five fishermen villages perched over the sea. On our way back to Florence, we will stop to Pisa, to see the famous leaning tower.

Small fishermen boats on the beach of Vernazza, a stop of this Cinque Terre & Pisa Tower day tour

A 110 minute hike or a 5 minute trip by train will take us to Vernazza. Be aware about the fact that the trails can be rough. The Vernazza hiking trails are open to anyone, but they can be slippery, uneven, and sometimes steep and narrow. This is at the same time the charm of these old paths as they are natural and untouched. Once arrived at Vernazza we guarantee you will be amazed by the simple and yet fascinating architecture of this village of fishermen. You can enjoy a cooling swim in the blue sea (when the season permits), after which you can have some traditional Mediterranean seafood (to pay onsite – not included in the service fee).

We will be back to Riomaggiore. You will have a last chance to look around you and memorize the smell, colours and sounds that create the incredible atmosphere of Cinque Terre. And be ready to go: our Black Mercedes minivan will be waiting for us to set off for the leaning tower of Pisa, last stop of this day trip.
